The subtitle sentence below “C’est difficile! C’est vrai, quand je ralentis les plans, c’est plus difficile pour moi parce que je réfléchis trop” litteraly means “It’s tough! It’s true, when I slow downs de parts, it’s harder for me because I think too much”. At least, that’s what’s written when you just pause the video at 2.01 minute. Perfect.
